I want to know if we are still doing this... It's been awhile since anyone posted in here... I beleave we were at the point of xbolt or tbol3 (can't see the posts of whose on the research team...) were going to make a proposal to GM about the profits Rolsten foods had when selling chex quest...

I agree. It was an awesome idea, but I just think its a bit too far fetched. We'll have to settle for fan-made maps like newmaps, and frankly, I don't think that's a bad thing at all ^_^

Not that I should be a part of this, but we should have members send in some of the best levels they ever made and make it into one.

I personally think Xbolt's and Strife's maps are really good, and they equal almost the same as the original levels.

The thing is, if they do distribute new CQ, how will they sell it? Will they use the original Doom engine like the original CQ? If so, lots of things on levels need to change. They only way to get Legacy CQ to work on a computer is by a USB drive/removable drive. That's how I get CQ to work at school.

However, since I don't have any GM brand stuff, whoever does, call the toll-free number on the side of the box. It should look like this:

Well most of the members that left were working on this. Like Strife.

Same thing happened with NTG86. I miss him too. Funny thing is, all these dead members are still on the top posters list.

It was the months of absence that drove my count down, I suppose...

I tried going to his website now and it is there.

I went there a while ago and it was gone for a pretty long time, but now it's there.

the forum crash has severly damaged the plans. My story has been deleted in the crash, it has been a long time and i have forgotten it. foolish of me not to save it to my hard drive. daimen was also supposed to be working on the story. he seems to have dissapeared as well.

the forum crash has seemed to "killed" our most of our top members as well as our posts. if you would notice they have dropped off the face of the earth after the forum crash. pity that strife is gone, i was looking forward to quantam chex.

however, despite these hardships, i believe the GM initiative should continue, for the sake of chex quest and the fans.

Damien Pops in every few weeks,or months. What I'm wondering is what happened to Strife. Everyone else just left because they were bored.

cq seems to be losing popularity

not really, i got some friends who talk about this game with reverance when we reminisce about the good 'ol days being like 5 years old when CQ came out an getting all excited pulling it out of the box an being super scared of the flemoids...
they just dont have ti anymore, and/ or are too lazy to look up a copy of it on the internet...

Well this game was only temporary. I mean they only made this game to put it in the cereal boxes.
