Hello,i was considering geting Doom Collectors Edition from Amazon.com but im not sure if theres any diference between the Doom Collector versions of the games or the original version.(It comes with Ultimate Doom,Doom II,Final Doom.) please give me your Doom advice.

The games are exactly the same, and I would reccomend it because it is probably the easiest, maybe only ways you can get your hands on doom nowadays from a game store. (heh, doom is 12 years old and still in stores). That just goes to show how good it is.

Final doom is a joke though. Probably because it was not made by ID software. Basically, it is exactly the same as doom II, only with different levels. It's kind of like getting a mediocre megawad for doom 2... so it isn't that good.

I agree with him even though there are some hidden levels and new levels for doom on there. Basicly you have to find the secret exit on one of the levels then the game boots you into another doom for the secret level.

it's a good way to get them all in one package, like everyone else has already said.

Well so far i've been geting good reviews of it. i think i will go ahead and get it once i get the birthday money in.(it will be my birthday in 11 days.)thank you for all your help and you may ether delete this topic or keep it up for anyone else whos interestied in geting Doom Collectors Edition.
