It all depends on what type of emoticons you like, personally I don't like these... But to lazy to change them.
I am not very big on skins, emoticons and stuff, but just look around. My favorite emoticons at the moment are from a forum I am in.
I would save all the images, host them somewhere (such as on your board) and then goto:
Admin CP-> Administration-> · Manage Emoticons
