if u havent gone to check out my mechanic for a job... the place beside him is apparently selling... it has two lifts.. not sure what the rent is though.. probably around a grand.. dunno for sure... just thought id give u guys a heads up in case u know someone that wants it.. or if any of u guys are mechanics and wanna open ur own shop up...

oh my, don't like where that is going. Working with spring compressors can be a very scary thing. Had my fair share of dealings with those things.

i found out that it is actually 10,000 a year, if my mechanic claims it... the spot has been cleared as the guy beside him has moved out.... if we get 20 people it would be 500 bux a year for the shop...
