WWW (Winnipeg Wheel Works) does awesome powdercoating! I highly recommend them

how much does it cost to get rims powdercoated?

slo mo - August 18, 2003 10:31 PM (GMT)
The powdercoating itself is about 70/wheel and that includes prep. I'm not too sure if you have to pay for mounting the tires on again. Don't quote me on the price though...I have a brutal memory

WWW is expensive, my friend works there, 315 for all four tires..

Joners Custom Coatings quoted me 275 or so.

Takes bout 2 days to do.

when u say tires, u mean rims right? so it's $315 to get all 4 rims to get powdercoated?
where's joners custom coatings?
anyone seen both of these shops' work?

My new rims were powdercoated and the lip was cut at WWW. Awesome customer service. If you go there, talk to Ken...he might even pull out some magic for you!! They took me to the back of the shop, explained in detail exactly what was going to be done to my rims and answered all the stupid questions I had.

I would personally go back to WWW with any other wheel work I ever have. Nothing against Joners coating as I've never seen his work...except for the odd pic on wpgheights. I think Joners only has a few colors whereas WWW has anycolor you want.

WWW is A1 in my books

I know the guy who owns joners, he works by himself from his house in Linden Woods. Since he runs it himself.. Im sure you could get a cheaper price if you bargained.

WWW does excellent work and has many options.. so you pay more

Joners does do good work, but less options to pick from..
www.jonerscc.ca i think
