Recently, Japanese magazine "CREA" slecected their "Top 100 Good Men". Leon entered at number 9 because the magazine feel that he has status and is well-educated being one of "The 4 Heavenly Kings" and having studied in England.

To celebrate 100 years of Chinese cinema, a survey was held to choose the top 10 films, most favourite actor, actress and director. Leon was named one of the top 20 actors and the film "Comrades, Almost A Love Story" placed 7th in the top 10 films.
