Hi everyone
After I read Leon Malaren's post about Jenny Odoo, I am confuse. I don't know Jenny, but some of my friends who are Leon's fans, according to their comments about her are always negative. They said that she is a very mean person: she has no interpersonal skills because she treats other people depending on her mood at that right moment and the topics which she doesn't like, then she starts to attack the people around her.
Has anyone chatted with Leon Lai on the net through Jenny? Is Leon really there? That would be very nice to meet him, I am a new fan of him.

First of all, thanx for your concern to my message about Jenny Odo. Honestly I doesn't like to make an enemy with anybody... all Leon's fans are my friend & family! But I'm really regret to say that this is my ever first time to "attack" a Leon's fan like Jenny.
I dun care how much she crazy to Leon... it's normal. All fans like that! But I'm really worried whenever Jenny tried to fooled around others fan - she told that she is so close with Leon. I'm actually her ex-friend. I knew her on early last year. At the beginning I do believe her also... we got a few chatting session online, through ICQ & yahoo msgr. I'm happy to have a friend who i think that really close with Leon. At least she can help me to send my regards to Leon! However day by day I felt it's something wrong with Jenny... whatever thing she told me about Leon is totally different than Leon's characters & attitude that I knew. I knew Leon more than 10 years... then Jenny came & in short time I felt like I never recognise Leon anymore.
At the beginning i always told Jenny that how I admie & respect Leon. But she looked so uncomfortable with that! She thought I fall in love with Leon! She felt that I tried to "snatch" Leon from her becoz last time I told her that Leon like to give a special treat for his non-chinese fans especially Korean & Japanese. I also told her hat I wish to meet Leon face to face & see how he treats me bcoz I'm not a Chinese too!
Then she said Leon that time actually dating with another women secretly. She told me this is a secret & can't tell anybody. I felt surprise too... becoz how can the journalist can't trace if Leon realy dating someone?! Last time even Leon hav holiday with Shu Kei in Japan, they still knew! Leon can't ran away! Alots of eyes always looking at him... that is what I knew! But Jenny said she always flew to Hong Kong... and sometimes Leon flew to USA... so they can meets.
Then Jenny said Leon always go to see her if he hav problem! Leon also invited her for dinner. She claimed that she is Leon's special fan & good friend to Leon. She also claimed that Leon told her alot of his secret. Well... now guess what Jenny tried to tell me... she want me to know that actually she is veeeery important in Leon's life! She gave me hint that she actualy the woman which Leon dated with! OMG! It's hard to believe Leon have a "bad taste" if he really choose Jenny! This point i starts to not believe her.
Until one day Leon come to my country, on February 2004. As a Leon Family member, my others friend & I got a priority to be close with Leon... that was my first time to meet him closely! We've shaked hand & snap group pix... that's sweet moment for me. Whenever I want to share it with Jenny, she seems a bit jealousy. I told her about the concert on 2004... Leon said he confirmed to not have any that year - he said that in our gathering event. But Jenny said how can, as Leon told her secretly - he will hav a concert at the end of year! I'm really confuse... but then I still believe Leon more!
Start from that day, we always chatting online but mostly have an arguements. She looked lost interest to be friend with me bcoz I always successful blocking all his "freak" statement about Leon. Then I asked her to help me to get Leon's autograph, but she refused. At the same time I got an information from ohers Leon's fan that Jeny handling a chatroom with Leon Lai... WHAT?!! I can't accept this becoz from what I know, Leon not an internet expert. He has no interest to surfing net, he prefer to play PS2 than surfing net! Suddenly I remember back my experience around 1999... where somebody claimed as "Leon Lai" & chat through fans using messages. On that time I'm an internet beginner, so I do believe that was Leon Lai! I do enjoy the conversation with that "Leon Lai"... "he" is nice, of course! until someday "he" offers me a gift with his autograph - in case if I can answer all his question about himself. After got majority right answer, he promised to send me a gift... but then he said that he use an address of his best friend in USA. So, he said that he gift will be posted from USA. Strange, uh?!
Since that time, my heart felt something wrong with this Leon Lai.... why must USA? He has no friend in HK, meh?! Where is Mark Lui & his securities pals?! Suddenly I think to test him... I asked him what his date of birth in his I.D card... he said 11 December 1966!! Bingo... it's the wrong answer, I knew!! Then I asked him another question... where he was on that day... he said in HK, while I read the latest news that day mentioned he was in China! Confirmed... this pretender thought that a non-chinese fan like me was stupid... but he doesn't know actually he is more stupid than me!! And the last question that I asked him really 100% confirmed that he was the fake Leon! He is trapped with my question what his hair color that time he said, surely black!! While I just read the latest news that Leon just dyed his hair to blonde in color! I still remember, I asked him how he hav much time to reply fans message, he claimed that he bought a laptop. So he can surf net ant time & anywhere.But then I heard Leon dun hav any laptop thats why Mark Lui lend his laptop to Leon for his first directed MTV Suen.
After all, I think Jenny was the one who also the pretender as Leon Lai on year 1999. And now she come again to fooling peoples. Jenny claimed that Leon join the chatroom but its a funny to heard Leons statement when he visit Singapore where he was invited to join a chat session with fans. Leon admitted that was his first experience chatting online he felt its interesting, but he said that he dun hav much time to hang in front of PC! And suddenly I got few e-mails fro USA e-mails from senior Leons fans theyre actually an ex-friend of Jenny. They gave me more info about Jenny then I knew that Jenny actually the person who was kicked by Leon Family USA regarding to club account problem. Then Jenny build her own club called Leon Notion by online. Leon Family HK then asked members to avoid from hav any relationship with Leon Notion they printed out all this in our club magazine JUMP. One from her ex-friend also told me how Jenny invited her to build the club together but she refused after she found out Jenny copied Leons signature & claimed its an approval from Leon to build Leon Notion (becoz she claimed herself as Leons best friend, so Leon allowed her to build another fan club!!). And I also received another e-mail from HK senior Leons fans she told me almost the same thing about Jenny. She asked me to keep fight with Jenny many peoples support me from my back that were my actual strength!
So, Im here today to try to stop Jenny from doing the same thing to others fans, especially the young fans. I dun want Leon to lost more fans last time when Im fooled by Jenny, I really I felt Leon is not really the Leon that I knew I felt lost him. However last year few Leons fans in forum get mad to me as they thought I tried to pull down their new idol Jenny Odos reputation! They said Im crazy, got a mental problem and many more they asked me to stay away from the forum well, maybe that time Im busy with my study, and my PC always broke down, so I cant always keep an eye to the forum. Jenny also pretended to be other peoples & using a lot of e-mail she attacked my e-mail box by sending porn pix. She also attacked me with letter that I should forget Leon & she want to help me to find another man for me!! And finally she send me a fake warning letter from her lawyer that asked me to write an open apologize letter to Jenny. If I didnt do it, she & Leon will decide to sue me!! But I never care about that. I didnt make any apology letter like what she wants. And nobody sue me so far!!
So, along year 2004, Jenny just been an idol to former there thats pity. She always pretended to be nice to peoples around. Until this early year I just bought a new PC. I got an e-mail from another Leons fan. She asked me to tell her more about Jenny. I asked her why? Then she told me hat she just be friend with Jenny. Then she felt so confuse whether to believe when Jenny told her actually she was Leons secret wife and they already got 1 year old baby boy! And Jenny said the baby was with Leon in HK, while she stayed in USA. Duh! Now I feel to vomits again! What a day-dreamer!
Whenever I come to the forum again today, I was bothered by Jennys supporter that attacked me with foul words. So when I checked the I.P. number, its a big prove its Jenny again pretended as her supporters & attacked me. I think she got a lot of internet account, so she think that she can fool us & pretended to be different peoples.
So thats all about Jenny that you guyz should know. Be careful with her.

Just some background info... about 5 years ago, there was a person
named
Rebecca Moy who said she was the former chairman of Leon Family USA
from
1992-1995. After her, Bonnie took over as chairman. So where does
Jenny
Odo fit in for 8 years? There was more than 1 fanclub chairman at Leon
Family USA??? Also, for those Leon fans who have been on the Internet
since after 1997, you probably remember Rebecca Moy for her being one
of
the creators of "Leon Lai Notion" (a public relations company in the
USA
which claimed to offer free membership for Leon fans and claimed their
members were entitled to various benefits offered by the club). The
club 'claimed' to have the approval by Leon by showing a
professional-looking letter with Leon's signature (which was FORGED).
Leon Family had sent out an official notice on their newsletter warning
fans not to disclose personal info to "Leon Lai Notion" and not to
participate in their activities, as Leon never gave approval to this
club. Again, regarding Rebecca Moy, a few years ago, she tried to
deceive some Leon fans on one of the mailing lists by pretending to be
Leon when answering other fans' questions.

I've been following your posts at the Leon-Lai.com forum about exposing Jenny Odo and the fake chats with Leon Lai. I was at one of those chat sessions myself, and I think they are fake too. My suspicion is that it was all organized by Rebecca Moy a.k.a. Jenny Odo, the former Chairman of Leon Family USA. I've dealt with Rebecca personally before (we were going to start our own Leon Lai fan club). But if you ask her now if she knows me, she will probably say no. That is because she's forged Leon's signature on some legal documents in the past for our new club. I confronted her about it and she admitted the signature was fake. Seven years later, she is still doing the same thing with the fake Leon chats.
In the chat session I was with, the fans were ganging up and trying to expose "Leon" (who was using the ID songlover66). They were asking him how he got his scar on the back of his neck or something like that. He couldn't answer the question. When someone suggested if Leon got the scar while filming a scene where he had to fall into glass (I think, if I remember the chat discussion correctly), Leon said that was what happened. When I talked with the chatters after "Leon" left, I found out they were all making up the scar on purpose. Leon actually has no scars. Also, it was very strange that Leon didn't know the title to his own movie. Someone asked him about "Eighteen Springs" but Leon said it was "Thirteen Springs." He was kind of arguing with us about the movie name. Also, Leon's bodyguard or driver came into the chat room a few times to let Leon know he was downstairs waiting for him in the car. Unless the bodyguard/driver has a wireless laptop, how could he log on the Internet from his car? And why wouldn't he call Leon instead, or go into the house? It was just very strange.
Anyway, I just thought you might like to know. Glad to know someone out there who suspects it's all bogus too.

I just clicked on another one of your posts about the Leon Lai Notion fan club that was supposedly fake from the official Leon Family. That is the fan club I am talking about that I tried to start with Rebecca Moy a few years ago. We started off very well until I wanted Rebecca to get Leon to sign a piece of paper acknowledging us. When I got the paper back, the signature looked photocopied, and I confronted Rebecca about it. She admitted it was fake, and then we ended our relationship. She logged on to my chat room recently (I own an Internet radio station - HKVP Radio). She pretended she didn't know me. Why am I not surprised?
I still have the letter!
Anyway, I discovered she was lying to me for the several months we were trying to set up Leon Lai Notion. She even told me that Leon endorsed our club, and that he was unhappy with Leon Family because there was so much in-fighting. Our club published a monthly newsletter and in the last one, we released a statement that Rebecca committed a crime by forging Leon's signature. I still have that newsletter too! If you ever want to see it, haha.
It was an interesting experience. Rebecca Moy is not to be trusted. Again, it's great to know you're exposing her. If it's possible, could you please keep my identity from the forum and the public?

About JennyOdo's e-mail list, I joined that too in order to inspect if she is lying or not. However, I didn't spend time chatting with her. From what you mentioned in your last e-mail, she has done some very serious lying. I am afraid that she will ruin Leon's reputation for the fans outside of Hong Kong. I have contacted some Leon Family Executives from Taiwan myself to check her identity. But no one seems to know her. If I knew that she lies this much according to the story that you told me, I would really nail her in case some innocent fans be fooled by her. I really think that you should get your story told, maybe on one of the Leon fans board or something. Just a suggestion~ ^^

I just read the 'lawyer' letter..sounds quite fake... several spelling
mistakes and grammar problems. If a lawyer was writing an official
letter to sue you, they would at least spell check their letter!..geez.
the letter sounds SOOO ridiculous. Oh, and have you actually visted

I just read through the letter that you received from JennyOdo. Those are bullshit. Any terms that she uses in that letter are completely illegitimate. I doubt that where she can go from an internet disput into court. hahha....it's pretty absurb that she even wants to sue you. Her reasons won't even stand up in the court, I think.. hahhah~

First she asked to not to ask her anything as she wanted to send me a picture of her baby, well I did not, it is just a baby
Then she asked me did I notice what is the file name of that picture :koshi lai. She said why I am so stupid.. it is the son of her and leon, and that they got married last year and the baby is now in hk with leon.
And that she also bought the award that leon donated
And she also claimed that she will get me to the backstage on leon concert 2005 as I asked her how to get front row seat
Many things do not make any sense:
If she is indeed leons wife, she said they have been dating for more than 5 years!!! Why would leon allow his secret wife to open a newsgroup. Be so active in advertising this
And since leon is Chinese, why would leon allow her son to have a japanese name hoishi (which means light in japanese)
This is just a very mentally illed woman.
I cant bare with her anymore

That letter does not seems to be a lawyer letter, too brief and no permanent address on it. No partner name, company's no., file number and under section wat is your faulty, wat they sue u for? under wat heading? wat is the punishment? etc. This is just a normal e-mail from a idiot and stupid fellow, u thought leon lai so free to sue u like that, if he got time, he have to record his song for new album. somemore leon said before, we have right to say watever we want, and express watever we want on him, he won't care. how he got time to sue u, u thought he is so free ah? last time the shu qi case, fans scold in the public, he onli said dun borther his personal life, that is even more worst than youe case, nothing has happen.
as for the forum, no legal or official notice and somemore there should be some clause that this is onli a personal _expression and will not lead to anything later, so just ignore that stupid fellow.

I got alot info about Leon from my reading, websites, and also from world-wide Leon's fan who always up-dating Leon's news for me. I'd like to read about Leon's interview script... by this way, I could believe myself what Leon said.
It's true that Leon no hav much interest to chatting online last time. However, I'm not sure for these becoming days... who knows he starts to get interest to hang in chatroom! Last time I also heard that he already used internet service to purchase his favourite Nike shoes. Leon's life is totally a bit different from us. I dun think he has much time to hang infront of his PC. Leon prefer to spent his leisure time for Playstation games at his homme. Don't u realised how he's really obsess about this game... remember his CD on year 2000 where the title was "Beijing Station"!! :wub:
You don't hav to feel disappointed. Even if Leon really want to hang with fans on net, he must do it through the right & official website. Last time he got the Leonstareastnet.com as his official web channel. And nowadays seems it's "A Music"... but i hope they can build a discussion forum & chatroom for fans. I dun see any reason why Leon should be secretly online chatting with fans!
Just take an example at Andy Lau's official website... Andy sometimes hang there with his fans. And if he is too busy with work, he will leave a message for fans at the discussion forum. I'm glad if we can keep in touch with Leon officially like that (Andy's) way.
