I would've thought the subtitles come in the same package as the film?
Or check again with the place you downloaded it from.

I'm sorry, but that place where i found it (eMULE) has no subtitles to that movie at all, it has only *smi file, but no subtitles, unfortunatelly!
Can you help me, ask you friends, maybe they could possibly have subtitles, not exactly for "Three: Going home", but for other parts?!
