Leon was invited to be the honorary ambassador of this year's Hong Kong International Film Festival. As the host, he treated Rena Tanaka and director Yukisada Isao etc to dinner the night before. After the dinner, reporters requested Leon to take a photograph with Rena Tanaka and Leon agreed graciously and he stopped to wait. However, as Rena Tanaka's English was not good and her translator did not help to translate, she just left without even saying goodbye. Everyone who was present felt awkward.
