yep, Leon plays a doctor during the sars epidemic so unfortunately chris it won't be a fun role, quite depressing actually but touching...andy lau plays the hk governor this time! skimmed through a review of GC2 and it says that jacky cheung and leon are the ones to look out for in this film. here's a fan's view of the film:

I saw the first one with Sandra Ng; and Andy does cameos here and there in it.
Is Sandra Ng doing the lead in the sequel? She was so good in the first one.

Sandra's a very good actress, not sure I'd like to meet her in person though (very loud!)
Andy was just perfect for the role in Golden Chicken :D

:lol: :lol: I like Sandra Ng...she's just so different from all the other actresses. Really a standout...and whats nice is she's good friends with just about everyone.
You're right Ah_M; Andy's cameo appearances were placed perfectly every time it was needed. Hopefully Leon's cameo's will do the same.....
They did so well together in Killing Me Tenderly...

Just a question, Ive heard of Golden Chicken before, not sure what kind of film it is though, I thought it was a comedy, but reading what others have said, it doesnt sound like it, so what kind of film is Golden Chicken?

it's kind of like looking at hk's past through the eyes of a prostitute (sandra ng), the funny parts are with her clients and the more serious scenes are usually about the economy of hk so a comedy with brains i guess :)
