hey sheila, sorry to hear that, is it the computer can't open the window to the chatroom, same problem with noe for now, can't gets into it, i think that you should download Java Web Start.

I did download the java upgrade but it wouldn't install! I got a message saying the download was faulty. Do you think it could be because I have a firewall?
I had probs with Java before but I thought I had solved the problem ages ago. siiigh oh well back to the drawing board.
So what was said on the chat? Is he OK? :D

I can't open the chat window, in my computer, so i have to restart the whole computer. i think you should do it too. ( restart it) make sure to save what you need.
