Basically, if you see a phone in Leon's MVs, it's for Hutchison! (It's some kind of phone company - forgotten what exactly). The commercials can only be seen on HK TV.
100 Possibilities MV is on the VCD of 'Leon Sound' album and can also be found on most of Leon's Karaoke VCDs.
