Did you sleep well last night?
I had a fantastic nights sleep. Normally I stay up and watch Sky Sports until 2am, but I got to bed at 11:20pm. I've been planning on having an early night for the past 17 years. but this is the first time I've managed it. I had a mad night out with all my mates the night before so I needed to catch up on my sleep.

Who were you with at midnight?
I was tucked up in bed with Georgina

Who was the first person you spoke to this morning?
Georgina, because I was lying in bed beside her. I also had a chat with the dog. He's a labrador puppy. We got him at Christmas and he's getting really big now

What was the best meal you had today?
I had cereal and a sausage sandwhich this morning, but I've only had one proper meal today Georgina made me a chicken curry and rice for dinner

What was the most expensive thing you bought today?
I bought two sweeping brushes, a packet of bin liners and 10 tea towels - all very domesticated. The whole lot came to £15

How much have you spent today?
The money I spent in the shop, plus £3 on a parking meter - so £18 in total

What annoyed you today?
Nothing, which is strange for me. I normally lose my temper at least once a day. It's usually when our tour manager hands us a schedule. He is normally greeted with: "I'm not doing that."

What made you laugh today?
i was doing a photo shoot with the rest of the band and we were slagging eachother off about putting on weight since Christmas. We were looking in the mirror and pushing our stomachs out to look pregnant.

What made you proud today?
When I drove up to the house last night. We moved in just before Christmas and there's still a lot to be done. Wires are still hanging out of the walls and we've had a couple of leaks but it's such a proud feeling to have my own house.

What song can you not get out of your head at the moment?
If You're Not Yhe One by Daniel Beddingfeild. It's been out for ages and I've been singing it for ages too.

how long did you spend getting ready today?
Just 10 minutes. I had a shower then got dressed. If I've had a bath the night before, then I skip the shower and just throw on some clothes.

What time do you think you'll be in bed tonight?
I was hoping for another early night, but Bryan Mcfadden and his wife Kerry are coming over. I'll be up late playing pool with Bryan. But we've got an easy day tomorrow so I probably wont crawl out of bed until midday.

Was it a bad hair day or a good hair day?
About 50 percent either way. It was one of those days where one minute I'd look in the mirror and think: "My hair looks good" then I'd take a second look and think "No it doesnt."
