Chapter 1:

Shane sat on the beach pickin up the sand an lettin it fall out of his hands back onto the beach, the clear blue sea swished about just a few yards away from were Shane was sittin, and the sun was about to set.

Shane had been sittin here for a few hours now, he didnt want to go anywhere else, he wanted to stay here, here on the beach were he first saw his love of his life, his so called girlfriend! Shane felt so empty inside it felt like his heart was torn in two!

Tears once again fell from Shane's face, he wiped them away but still they kept commin! Shane was all alone now, no-one in the world to love him, his whole world had fallen apart well thats what it felt like, his world had ended right there in front of his own eyes and there was nothin he or anybody could do!

Shane played the image he had saw hours before, over and over in his mind! Why? he asked himself Why me? Shane caught his girlfriend who he had been with since he was 20, in bed with another man! Shane was devestated by this, he had been goin out with her for 3 years and now she had dont this to him, did he deserve this to have happened to him?

Shane sighed, he picked up a stone and threw it in the water, he thought he would sit here for a little while longer, before goin home! He couldnt face Hayley his bestest mate/flat mate or anyone for that matter so he decided he would wait until she had gone to bed.

Shane was deep in thought, until his mobile distracted him. He took the mobile slowly out of his pocket and looked at the name 'Hayley' flashed across the screen! This was about the 20 millionth time she had called, Shane wished she would just leave him alone for the time being, until he wanted to tell anyone about what had happened between him and Jess his girlfriend.

Hayley was Shane's best mate, they had been the best of mates since well since they were born and they did everythin together. Just before Shane got with Jess, Hayley had warned him to stay clear as she had a feelin that their relationship would end in tears, Shane had told Hayley to stop over reacting and this relationship wouldnt end in tears as Jess was the one 4 him! Oh how wrong he was, if only he had listened to Hayley all them years back he wouldnt be goin through so much pain right now!

Chapter 2:

Darkness fell and Shane lay down on the sand lookin up at the starry sky, Shane thought about what he was gonna do in a week... Propose to Jess! Propose to her right here were he was now, on the beach at night with a starry sky!
Shane sighed, his future had gone out of the window, gone and it had gone forever!!

Tears fell down from his eyes, they were unstoppable, he had been sittin her for at least 5 hours, he hadnt eaten a thing & nobody knew where he was! He didnt care though, he just wanted to be left alone!

Hayley hadn't rung for a while, but Shane knew that she would soon as she would be gettin worried! He didnt think about ringin her or his mum or anyone the only thing on his mind was Jess!! Shane loved her so much yet he hated her so much too, his mind was pretty f**ked up at the min!

*Bleep* Shanes phone could be heard all over the beach as the only sound was the waves crashing. Shane took his hands from behind his head and took his mobile out of his demin jacket pocket. *1 message recived* Shane sighed probably Hayley or one of the lads askin were i am he said to himself but nope he was wrong.

The message was off Jess, Shanes heart sank he couldnt bare to hear her sorry's anymore like she said when he walked in on her and that lad. He took one deep breath and pressed 'Read'

Shane, am so so sorry for the way you had to find out! Please forgive me, i love u so much, u no i do! We have been threw so much together we cant just throw it all away! Come over to mine Love always Jess x

Thats what the message read, tears began formin in his eyes but he quickly blinked them away! Shane decided he had to do one thing and one thing only and that was...... to go home and tell Hayley he needed to get it off his mind, he needed to move on, what he didnt need was Jess beggin for forgivness!

Shane sighed one last time and got up off the sand, he brushed the sand of his demin jeans an jacket an then began walkin home.

Chapter 3:

Shane slowly walked back to his house he shared with Hayley, he cried all the way home, these tears were unstoppable.
There was a light shinin throught the curtains from the livin room 'Sh!t shes still up!' Shane said wipin the tears away from his eyes, he put his hand inside his jacket pocket and took out his key.
He slowly put the key up to the door & turned it, he walked into the hall way took off his jacket and shut the door behind him.

'Shane is that you?' Hayley said comin out of the livin room door
'Yeah!' Shane said walkin towards Hayley but lookin down at the ground so she couldnt see his tear stained face
'Oh my god Shane, i have been so worried!' Hayley said runnin to Shane an huggin him 'Where have u been?' She asked still embracin him in a hug
'The beach!' Shane said holdin the hug tighter
'THE BEACH?' Hayley asked surprised
'Yea!' Shane said pullin away
'At this time of night Shane? What why?' Hayley asked curiously
Shane just walked into the livin room 'Coz!' He said sittin down on the chair
'Coz what Shant?' Hayley asked sittin on the arm of the chair
'Coz i have Hay!' Shane said turnin his head away towards the telly
'Shane, whats up?'
'Hayley oh Hayley i donno what am gonna do!' Shane said now with his head in his hands
'Shant whats up? Please tell me, dont make me worried than i already am!' Hayley said givin Shane a lil hug

Shane looked up at Hayley 'Jess... Jess has well i've finished with Jess! tears fell quickly from Shanes eyes
Hayley was shocked, Shane loved her so much why would he finish with her? 'Shant, why?' Hayley asked puttin her arm on his back
'Coz... coz... coz i caught her in bed with another lad!' Shane blurted out
'OH MY GOD! That b!tch!' Hayley shouted
Shane looked up at her tears were still fallin from his hazel eyes 'Go on Hay, say it!'
'Say what?' Hayley asked
'Say it, say i told ya that it would all end up in tears!' Shane said wipin his eyes
'Oh Shane, no am not gonna say that its pointless! Shane it doesnt matter what i said back then, oh Shane come here!' Hayley said openin her arms Shane got up an hugged her

'Hay, i donno what am gonna do! My world has fell apart, my life is nothin without Jess!' Shane sobbed
'Oh Shane come on ssssh its gonna be ok!'
'Hayley dya no somethin, i... i was gonna propose to Jess in a week, i had it all planned! And now its gone, its gone forever!' Shane said still huggin Hayley

Shane felt a little bit better after tellin some1 what had happened, but he didnt think he would ever get over Jess, he found it impossible!
Hayley reassured him that there was that special some1 out there and he would find her one day, Shane didnt quite believe that though unless it could be some1 alot close to home than he expected!!!
