Chapter 1

Shane shut the door slowly behind him as he didnt want to walk up Lisa or his baby daughter.
It was early hours of the morning and Shane had been out clubbin with Kian and Mark, he promised Lisa that he wouldnt be late back, but he failed to keep that promise as it was now 5 in the morning! This was like the 3rd or 4th time this had happened this one week!

Lisa came out of Chantal's room and she walked down the landing, she could hear some one down stairs 'Shane is that you?' she said
Shane stumbled forward on to the stairs 'Er yeah!' he shouted tryin to hold on to the banister so he wouldnt fall

Shane eventually got up the stairs and he walked into his bedroom, Lisa was layin on the bed lookin up at the ceiling.
'Hey babe! Are ya alright?' Shane asked while hiccuping mid sentence and gettin undressed
'Hmm i suppose so!' Lisa said coldly
'No ya not!' *hiccup* 'Whats wrong?' Shane asked gettin under the covers
'Nothin just leave it Shane!' Lisa said turnin away from Shane
'Lisa! Am sorry am late home, i lost track of time!' Shane said
'Yeah Shane, ya loose track of time every night ya go out!' Lisa said snappy

'Look am sorry, it wont happen again! Is that all that is up with ya?' Shane asked
'Ya say that all the time Shane! An no am sick and tired of just bein stuck in this house 24/7 with Chantal! I dont have a life! Dont get me wrong i love Chantal loads, but its not fair on her, she needs a mum AND a dad but she hardly sees ya coz your always away workin, or when ya home ya always go out with ya mates & ya never see me or Chantal hardly! I dont blame you for workin its ya job for god sake, but it would be nice for the 3 of us to spend abit of time together, instead of you going out all the time with ya mates! Like i mean take Bry for instance he's always in with Kerry, Molly & LillySue, its very rare he goes out! But you ya always out, i'll be surprised if Chantal even know's who her dad is!' Lisa said upset
Shane got out of bed and put on some boxers he didnt say a word to Lisa, he didnt even look at her

'Shane were are ya goin?'
'To see my daughter seen as how she never hardly sees me and she doesnt know who i am!' Shane yelled
Lisa got up out of bed and followed Shane into Chantal's room 'Shane am sorry! I didnt mean it!' Lisa said lookin at Shane, Shane didnt even turn around he just sat by Chantal's cot lookin down at her.
'Shane!' Lisa said
'What?'
'Am sorry i didnt mean it!'
'If ya didnt mean it, why did ya say it?' Lisa just shrugged 'Lisa i love her to bits she means the world to me, and you don't know how much that hurt me when you said 'I'll be surprised if she even know's who her dad is!' Shane said wipin the tears away from his eyes and lookin at Chantal and then Lisa

Lisa regretted sayin that to Shane, she shouldnt have said it she knew how easily he got upset.
'Shane?' Lisa said softly 'Am so sorry i didnt mean it, i just said it coz i was angry at you for like commin in at like 5 in the mornin!' Lisa said wipin the tears away from Shanes face
Shane looked at Lisa and smiled 'Its ok! I forgive ya! Im sorry 2! I shouldnt stay out so late or go out that often when am home, i can do that when am away workin!' Shane said pullin Lisa onto his knee
'Its ok, i forgive u 2! I dont mind ya goin out with ya mates just not every night when ya home!'
'I know and i shouldnt go out every night, its just its kinda hard to get used to havin a baby, when am used to just going out whenever i can & not having no responsibilities except lookin after yaself! But now, i've got a huge responsibility & thats makin sure my beautiful baby daughter is safe & my gorgeous wife is too!' Shane said kissin Lisa
Lisa smiled 'I love you!'
'I love you too, now come on lets get some sleep we've got a busy day tomorrow!' Shane said takin Lisa by the hand an leadin her to their bedroom
'Why what are we doin?' Lisa asked
'Oh you'll see, but it involves me, you & Chantal!'
