yeah they're all good, n it's hard to just pick one, animal rights r good 2 protect 2, but some of the organisations here in dk are spending most money on management etc, n I know the heart organisations isnt ;) They spend ALOT on the "right things"

ShanesVoice - February 2, 2004 07:07 AM (GMT)
BRYAN McFADDEN wants wife Kerry to stay in the jungle – even though he is missing her like mad.

The Westlife star says: “While me and the kids would love to have Kerry home tomorrow, it is important to her to carry on as long as possible.

“It is a big experience for her and Kerry wanted to show she was brave and could survive without us.”

He is at their home in Ireland caring for daughters Molly, two, and Lily, one tomorrow — while she faces up to her terrors in the Aussie rainforest on I’m A Celebrity . . . Get Me Out Of Here.

Bryan, 23, said: “The bed is too big without her — so I snuggle up with Molly at night. We get into bed and watch Mummy on the telly.

“Molly misses her, of course. She holds out her arms to the TV and says, ‘I want Mummy’ or touches Kerry on screen.

“She says: ‘Bad spiders! Leave Mummy alone!’

“I know the biggest battle for Kerry is not knowing what’s going on at home.

“She doesn’t know how we are. It’s easier for me because I can watch her.

“I hope the TV people will let me, Molly and Lily do a live link for Lily’s first birthday tomorrow.

“That will be all Kerry needs to have the real fight brought out of her.”

Bryan is furious with the way she is being attacked and labelled a whinger — and revealed she was ill before she set out for Australia.

He says: “She was still dodgy when she arrived in Oz, hadn’t had any sleep and was feeling emotionally vulnerable.

“She was being entirely honest and genuine.

“That’s the way Kerry is. What you see is what you get.

“She was being herself from the moment the show started, not putting on an act.

“She’s the baby in that jungle. She’s only 23 and she’s left her husband and kids behind.

“I’m not making excuses for Kerry, I’m telling it like it is. Just give her a break!”

Bryan also revealed another reason why Kerry is determined to confront her fears on live TV.

He told The Sun: “One of the beneficiaries of any cash she raises is the children’s hospital where our daughter Molly was treated six months ago for suspected meningitis. Kerry and I were petrified. We were in floods of tears at the hospital. Molly was very ill and we thought we might lose her.

“The hospital staff were fantastic to us. They couldn’t have been kinder when both of us were all over the place, very frightened.

“It turned out to be a bug but not deadly meningitis.”

Bryan said he wanted Kerry to pull out of the show after she ended up in hospital just before she was due to fly to Australia.

He says: “She was sick and had a terrible stomach upset.

“The doctor advised her not to fly, but Kerry didn’t want to let down the people she’d set her heart on raising money for.”

There she is ... Bryan and Molly spot Kerry in The Sun
The multi-millionaire heart-throb adds: “Let’s face it, Kerry doesn’t have to be there.

“I’m not being flash but it’s not like she’s desperate to resurrect a pop career or needs to earn money. We’ve got enough.

“Kerry wanted to do it to say thanks for the help we got with Molly and also to confront her fears.

“I’m really proud of her after last night’s Bushtucker Trial. It was very brave. I couldn’t have done it.”

While Kerry’s in the jungle, little Molly and Lily are looked after by their grandmas in the daytime and then by Daddy in the evening.

And after watching bits of I’m A Celebrity, Bryan has decided that Razor Ruddock is Kerry’s unlikely angel of mercy — with the help of Katie Price (a.k.a. Jordan).

He said: “I was never happier than when I saw Razor put his arms around Kerry and give her a hug. She needs a father figure. I’d like to shake his hand — and he’ll definitely get my vote.

“Strangely enough, Kerry and Katie have bonded.

“They called me from Australia before they went into camp and sang, ‘I Love You Baby’ down the phone.

“I confess I’m surprised they get along so well.

“Jordan’s ex-boyfriend Dane Bowers is a very good friend of mine — he sang at our wedding.

“We all used to meet up and go clubbing or out for drinks.

“When Jordan and Dane broke up it was messy — of course I took Dane’s side, he’s my mate.

“But Kerry always stuck up for her. I think having Katie in the jungle is a real help to Kerry. They’re a similar age, they have the same kind of humour and they’re both strong people.

“Kerry is strong, she’s not a quitter and she’s perked up now everyone is behaving normally.

“The fact that other people are now having the grumps and are showing their true feelings has reassured Kerry. I know her better than anyone and, at first, I could see she felt isolated.

“She’s not usually a wimp and was struggling to hold it together. But now everyone is on the same level, and everyone has had a moan and started being themselves, she’s settled. Kerry can’t cope with fake stuff.”

I’m A Celebrity viewers got an insight into Bryan’s home habits at the weekend when Kerry said: “Bryan is a big kid at heart and so messy.

“He always leaves his underpants out on the floor and never picks up after himself.

“So I’ve paid for two cleaners while I’m in the jungle because I couldn’t bear to go home to a messy house.”

But there is no doubt this is a couple who just want to be together.

As Kerry said on camera: “One thing I’ve learned from this is I could never live without Bryan.”

Ninsi - February 6, 2004 08:51 PM (GMT)
My fave charity is the danish heart-organisation that helps develope/improve methods to cure heart mistakes, desieases etc, and they also donate money to heart patients, to bring a bit of light into their gloomy lifes ;)

bittersweet me - February 7, 2004 12:00 PM (GMT)
That sounds very good. I agree with Sal. Organisations mostly about Children that were abused or not cared for. But also human rights organisations.
