Pops Extravagant big spenders with money to burn

Just days after it emerged Westlifes Kian Egan was in a row with a Sligo taxi driver over a 12E fare the extravagance of some of the bands spendings can be revealed.

The flash harries admit to spending enormous amounts on bar bills,restaurants ,clothes,cars jewellery and Houses.
Among the millionaire popstars biggest splashes were 5,200E on a single bar bill, 4,000E on a leather jacket. And the band also disclose they get lots of free designer clothes and even cars,asked what the biggest bar bill tab they had to personally fork out for was Bryan Mcfadden replied "45,200E" while Shane Filan disclosed his was "3,400E"

"One night we went to the bar just for a few beers and when we picked up the bill a few hours later it was 1,700E because people had been putting their drinks on our tab" explains Shane.
Mark Feehily stressed "Im not flash enough to go and buy drinks for everyone in a bar when I dont even know them,it annoys me when everyone expects it and thinks 'Hes loaded he can get the drinks in'"
Nicky Byrne adds "If you put your credit card behind the bar total strangers put drinks on it, thats why Ive never put my card behind the bar-its that simple"

The group concur Kian is the 'stingiest' with his money whne it comes to picking up the tab. "Im careful with my money" says Kian. Shane pointed out "Actually I think Mark could be the stingiest-hes more likely to keep his head down and his wallet in his pocket"
Nicky added "Once we were in a restuarant with some friends and we got the biggest bill ever,so we put our credit cards in a pile to pull one out to see who'd pay,we were all hoping it would be Kian-and it was!"
But Shane insted that everyone paid their own share as he had to fork out on his own previously and felt it was unfair.

Shane says he has "at least 8 wardrobes full of clothes and 150 leather jackets at home",He adds "I bought a Gucci jacket for 3,200E and only wore it twice-its madness!"
Kian notes "I always check the price beforehand,if its daft money I wont buy it.I wouldnt spend 2,000E on a leather jacket now,for example three years ago I had 6 leather jackets sitting in the wardrobe"

Nicky says "Im not the most fashion conscious,but I go shopping every few weeks,a few years Ago I spent 4,000E on a Guccie leather jacket and its the best buy ive ever invested in"
But Shane points out he can be sensible when spending money on clothes too-Thanks to his fince Gillian Walsh
"I dont care about labels at all" he insits, "Gillian shops for me and comes back with with some jeans for 7E,a shirt for 29E and a jacket for 285E. She's excellent at shopping, she buys me loads of total bargins.

Bryan says hes "flash with my cash when it comes to sport-I play alot of golf" Despite their millions the group love their freebies
"We use to get loads of Adidas,which was great" says Kian."Dolce&Gabanna give us loads of clothes which is fantastic but we dont get as much anymore"
Bryan adds "Ive got given a watch,and im suppose to be gettin a smart car soon"

A number of the band own ferraris while all own or are in the procecess of building multi million euro mansions
"Some of us are married,some of us are getting married" explains Nicky "all of us have more money than we started out with and we own our own houses,but we still count ourselves very lucky lads"

Last Sunday Shane spent 20,000 on his stag night in London booking a pricey private box for his party at stamford bridge for Chelsea V Man Utd game(He will marry Gillian on December 28)

i got sum right bargains yday in the sales :D was madness in town tho..people pushing n shoving :angry:

I've done some gr8 bargains in dec. like my boots normaly 60£ got them for 10£
some shirts I bought for my sis n cousin for x-mas are usually 13£ I got them for 1£ and soo on ;)

i got sum jeans..5pound...a top 3 pound..a bag that was 25pound i got it 4 15 its well nice :D

I know u can do sum really amazing bargins if u just bother 2 look around :)

Oh, deja-vu, that reminds me of the WL fan conference. There was one particular question about which 2 cds the guys would buy if they got 30 pounds in the hand. And I think it was Marky who wanted to buy some double albums as it was 4 cds instead of 2and someone told him that it's about quality and not quantity :lol: ;)

yeah, but he pick 2 double albums he liked, soo he got more quality for the same money :P
