:lol: In the eyes of the world, they have only been dating for four months-
but Westlifes Kian Egan and stunning Hollyoaks star Jodi Albert fell
in love five years ago, Ireland on Sunday can reveal.

The beautiful couple, who last month went public with their romance
at the lavish French wedding of Nicky Byrne and Georgian Ahern, put
their emotions on hold because although Kian was 18 years old when
the leggy brunette first caught his eye, she was just 15. However, a
chance meeting at a charity football match in May allowed the actress
and singer to pick up where they left off five years earlier.
And the blossoming relationship has the blessing of Jodis proud
parents, Eileen 50 and George 52.

The pair are obviously in love and have not rushed things George

Jodi, who stars as sexy Debbie Dean in the Channel 4 hit teen drama
series, first encountered her Sligo boyfriend when she was a singe
with Girl Thing, a girlband under the same management as Westlife.

What people do not realise is how long they have known each other,
George said.Kian liked her then and Jodi was head over heels in love
with him- but he is a gentleman so he held back

George said he would be more than happy to have the 23 year old as
his son-in-law.
He is a lovely lad. We play golf together and he is great with
Jodi’s nieces, Albie, three and Kier, two" Jodis father added.
He and Jodi never stop kissing and cuddling and their eyes are always
on each other. It is too early to talk about marriage.

But, even if things did not work out between them, we would still
keep in touch with Kian-he is part of the family.
George and Eileen have no concerns about the negative press Kian has
had in the past.

Busty Essex former lap dancer and glamour model Jodie Marsh again
claimed this week to have had a wild fling with Kian and he has also
been linked romantically with Atomic Kittens Liz McClarnon.

"Sometimes the tabloids make things up after snatching a picture of
him with someone, explained Eileen. Anyway he was young and famous.
Now he's happy to settle down."
The doting parents refer to Jodi as their 'miracle baby'. Eileen was
told she could not have any more children after the birth of their
first child, Kelly.

"We wanted lots of kids," explained George. Then when we had accepted
we could only have one, Jodi came along. She has star quality from
the start.

From a young age, Jodi copied singers and dancers from the
television.

George said: When she was eight, she won a talent competition at
Pontins holiday camp. All those mothers were dressing up their kids
and putting make-up on them. Jodi entered as she was and blew them
away.

While still in primary school, Jodi appeared in advertising campaigns
for Philips computers, Kinder eggs and The Lion King, as well as in
small TV parts.

But her parents really sat up and took notice when Jodi ages 10
landed the part of Young Cosette in Les Miserables at Londons Palace
Theatre.

"We saw that show hundreds of times and would sit there pinching
ourselves when Jodi came on stage. She lit up the stage," said a
beaming George.

Jodis fantastic voice attracted the attention of music industry
bosses, who signed he up for new band Girl Thing, months before her
15th birthday.

"They toured Europe and Asia for two years until arguments between
some of the older girls prompted their record company to drop them
and their single, Pure and Simple, was given to Hear'Say," said
George.

At 17, Jodi decided to pour all her efforts into acting, landing her
the part of saucy Debbie Dean in Hollyoaks. Her character is such a
success that Jodi has just singed on for another year.

Jodi is due to sing at a charity event in Manchester alongside Kylie
Minogue next month and has not ruled out the possibility of a duet
with Kian. "If she was asked she probably would." Said George.
"At the moment, the two of them are very happy together. They have
just returned from a holiday in Barbados and them spent a week in
Sligo with Kians family and they all got on well.
But it is early days yet. They are both enjoying themselves and
getting on in their careers. We will just have to wait and see where
their relationship goes.

Sounds like Kians got a good life ahead ;)

To be honest: yes.

I try having faith in both of them and I wish everybody to be happy.
It's just... it's not my business. I wouldn't want to push anyone.
Whether they decide to break up or to marry. There's always the possibility of one or the other and love doesn't always last.
So at the end of the day everyone could be disapointed again or rant. But we don't have the right to do so, still lots of people will, whatever is going to happen.


Still I hope for both of them :)
If their happy together nothing dares to go in their way or I'm gonna chase it ;)
