19 skeleton warriors
Hand weapon, light armour and shield, Standard and musician

Full command, war banner

I like the list except for a few things. But before i give Constructive critisim i have a few questions.
What playing style do you enjoy?
What armies are you playing mostly against?

Now the Constructive Critisim
1. In my experence Skeletal HH do not get the job done. They may move twice as fast as your foot skeletons but they also are a expensive unit with a fairly wimpy 4+ save. Against shooty armies they are toast and unless you plan to use them as a soley flanking force i would remove them and spend the points on something else like more skeletons. (the Close combat unit) Or depending on your playing style a liche or prince.
2. The prince could be tweaked. S6 is respectable and striking last is not a problem because your I 3 is not anything flashy. I like to give my princes magic weapons to give your cc skeletons a edge. Or even a chariot of fire and the item which increases his US to 5.
3. Tomb Kings magic is very important. This is why i reccomend a additional hero.
4. Your cc skeletons why the musician? if anything i would swap the musician with a champion and get the champion to accept challenges to save your precious tomb prince.

Once you answer my questions at the top i can try and help out a bit more. Another thing i would like to say is its nice to see a fellow tomb kings player on the palace.

I dont know very much about tomb kings so forgive me my lacking knowledge :). Just a few basic things:

1. Your army seems to lack some consistency, meaning that you have a little bit of everything but do not excell in, well...anything. I would go with foot troops since they are a bit more expendable. Now your army would be hitting your opponent in manageble chunks and it would be easy to deal with them, one wave at a time.

2. Characters is a tricky question, you are wise in keeping them cheap. So I dont know whether an additional character is needed.

3. I would have full command on my foot troops. You need every bit of static combar resolution you can get your hands on. Also, big units to take advantage of fear :). Maybe remove the chariot standard and give it to the footsloggers instead.

Well i'll try to reply!

I like to keep a balance in my armies so that i can do a lot during a game rather than being tied down. I tend to favour an agressive style.

My main enemies are elves of any kind.

I like to give my units standard and musician because it looks good, when the unit is accompanied by a prince i don't see the point of a champion.

I might drop the horse and add another liche or a prince to the chariots not sure...

However i feel that if i add another character the army will be a little thin and more skellies that's too many footsloggers in my mind.

Plus i like heavy horse...

Well, I guess its your army and you seem to be pretty satisfied with it. Depends on what you want out of it. Can be fun in friendly games, but in tournament settings, I dont know :). As said, your army.

I have to agree with King Tut.

You need more magic. No if ands or buts. I know it will hurt your other units to do so, but another liche priest is SOOO important, espicially in 1k, where the TK are at their weakest.

Maybe you dont need to go all the way for the other Liche Priest, but maybe should magic out the one you have now.

That may work as well.
