Please feel free to give it a shot and share, I've been on alot of forums where someone starts topic like this, and it ends up being alot of fun. Join in!

Do you scratch make images, it looks like most of your stuff is compilations / altering an existing image.

Anyway, I used to take great pleasure in faking trading cards using photoshop, such as Magic the Gathering or DragonballZ. Some of them were ok, but I was always limited by the quality of my colour printer. I never tried to play one in a game, because of the poor printouts.

Since then I have used photoshop to make sprites for my computer games. www.pyrogame.com

The 'Maverick' graphics were done in photoshop, graphics for 'pyro' were more cartoony so better suited to MS paint.

well you see at the moment the only work you see are signatures which really only involves slightly altering already made renders, though I have rendered a lot of stuff myself and am lately getting pretty good at it, the signatures just don't really call for much skill, all I really do is add some fluff to the images, add some text, and do my best to make the backgrounds interesting. Personally I like making signatures best because it lets you focus more on the finer details of a piece of work rather than expending so much energy on something that probably won't look as good as something with a render anyway.

[EDIT]

hey I made this for another forum I visit, I thought it was funny though.

I dabble in photoshop from time to time, and right now I'm shifting toward doing full compositions completely on my own. Here's something I've been fooling around with lately- I don't really like the overall compositions, but I like the skills I figured out while working on it:

I can see how you made most of those things in there but where the feathers all of your own doing, because I wouldn't mind learning how to do that.

[EDIT]

hey, on another forum I visit we've begun hosting Signature competitions, the theme of the current one is WWII and this is what I came up with:

I was bored early this morning when I woke up so I made these, just some jumbled things from my favorite bands
