Overall, I'm quite happy with how it's turned out (especially as I've found out I don't have to sell it... managed to find enough work to raise the money in other ways). The photos aren't great, but they should give the general idea.

Now I just have to resist the temptation to repaint my old Chaos Knights and make an army around it. I caught enough cheesemongering flak for the Bretonnians...

Do you play with that thing, or did you buy and paint it just for fun?

As I said a while ago, the magma-looking neck of the dragon is pretty cool. I also love the base.

Who would think a dragon-riding lord of Chaos would have a wooden shield? :P

I used to have a Chaos army, for which I had this bloke (albeit with a different rider and a much worse paintjob). I don't use it any more, although as I said, I'm fighting the temptation to repaint the Knights in flame colours and make a rather beardy-riffic fast attack army now.

And the shield... is magic wood. Yeah. (Read: best shield I had, needed something to cover the ugly join between the body and the weapon arm).

Looks really cool. Makes me want to start playing with my beastmen again, this time with some mortal support (dont you just love chosen knights? :P ).
