The HS takes dark magic, and provides me with LD 9 and both magic offense and defense. I know there's a bit of a fluff issue with the HS leading a khaine army and stuff, but don't really care. The BSB should come in handy, and add hitting power. The chariot helps out his save, but challanges could be an issue.

Spearmen provide a missle screen and bait, but also a combat unit if needed. They might even be able to take a charge from lighter, weaker units with help of the cauldron and BSB. Crossbowmen provide missle fire, and another combat unit. They'll target units such as fast cavalry, that would out-flank me and bait my witches, first. The corsairs provide another combat unit, and a fairly durable screen for the witches. DR with crossbows provide all the standard stuff they usually do. DR with standard provide a mobile and hard to catch banner, which helps a lot for flanking and WM/mage hunting.

The chariots provide some nice high-S hitting power and a serious threat to the enemy. Witches provide tarpits, as well as some serious hitting power, and a threat to anything lightly armored.

The cauldron reinforces the rest of my fairly CC-oriented army, and will be deployed the full 12" out, in the center of the board. If a safe position is available for it in something close to what I just described, that could become it's spot.

this is a good list but 1 thing is that i would take an assassin and that dont take the spears give them all repeater crossbows. that way you get a better save in combat and you can attack war machines skrimishers and other things like that.
if you plan on them takeing the shoots then take corsairs and they will last alot longer and they have 2 attacks in close combat.

that is what i have to say if you like the list how it is then just ignore me.

The can use hand weapon and shield if I want to, and do most of the time actually. Assassins are overly expensive, especially when the points are tight, as they are in this list.

I've decided to drop one chariot, crossbows on one DR unit, 2 corsairs, and 2 spear warriors. This nets me enough points to get a unit of 12 executioners with champion for the BSB. I can then move the seal to the HS, and swap the BSB's heavy armor with blood armor.
