Very numerous army indeed, even by Empire standards. But there isn't much variety. Only Free Companies and Crossbowmen? You can't really use cool tactics with that, even though your numbers are overwhelming. I'm not sure this kind of army is what exploits the Empire's true strengths.

Also, on top of what @ztech said, you've spent way too many points on characters for a 1000 point list. You'd be a lot better off to drop two of them, equip the third with only mundane options, and use the points to add some variety into the list.

I'm also inclined to point you towards the Middenheim army list in the SoC book; it might play more like what you're looking for, and be better balanced for it.

I've designed the list for theme, not originality or variety.
The theme is of a Witch Hunter, his assistants and an entourage of local fanatics. In the next update to the list (1250pts), I'll include some pistoliers (lesser Witch Hunters) and Flaggelants.

So if you've got your list planned and you have no intention of changing it, why did you post it?

Incase there were any ideas on how to change the list without killing the theme.

I was only making my above point to say that it isn't going to an Ulrican army or have any state troops put in it.
