It looks quite good, but your dispel and casting pools seem small for an army that has two Liches. But your Tomb Guard, your six Ushabtis and your catapult will make you a solid opponent. It looks versatile, with all your close combat units and your shooting. I'd drop the Tomb Prince's ToP, though. It's not worth it in my opinion.

And this army is also very slow. You might find chariots and fast cav handy if you want to get the charge against your enemy. I'd take at least a few of them.
