Consolidate some of that infantry together or they will just get run over. Units of 10 will crumble they get hit on the charge. What is the point of the marauder horsemen?

In short, you need at least one unit that can take a charge in a 2k battle, and I don't see one.

okay from what i can see your army needs more warriors in the units as (from what has already been said) they will leg it at the first chance, so too change this i would take away completely the chosen, partially because i dont like them (23pts each -_- ) but mainly because they are too small a unit to be effective. so remove them, also unless you have assembled the warriors yet i wouldnt give any additional hand weapons because they are ineffective, shields are better IMO.

so add a standard bearer and musician too each unit, then make each unit of chaos warriors 16 men, remove the marauder horseman as they are good flankers but in this force you need more hard hitters, then give your knights each the mark of tzeench.

helm of many eyes  this i would say is not a good idea as although he strikes first he has a high chance of becoming stupid so get rid of this and give him the golden eye of tzeench and riding a disc of tzeench (still with the staff of change) so this way he can zoom around the battefield with a great ward save and powerful at magic.

hope i helped, take as much or as little of my advise as you please, good luck with the army :fight:

Yeah is missed the part about becomming stupid, the helm will be replaced for a chaos steed. I realy dont agree that the disk is worht its points unless th rider gets a 5+ ward as well, and thats not the case right? Il think ill go for the steed to give him some more moblity as yuo suggested.

I dont know if this is what all chaos players do to their units but it doesnt sound like a smart move to me. You say they will just die if they get charged, besides the fact that they have decent protection they can FLEE. Why take a charge if you can run from it and flankchage with chariots horsemen other warrior units. This is where having 9 units comes in handy. A unit of 16 warriors with standard and musician will cost me more then 300 poits, thats just to much.

Because i need units to bait enemy units into charing i need fast units like marauding horsemen. And they are cheap and have S5 in the fist turn of combat, doesnt seem like a bad unit to me.

And about the knights getting marks, i have 12 PD alreay and i plan to also use my characters for close combat, so having 14 PD just didn't seem like a good idea for me, 12 PD realy is a LOT and i dont feed that i need anny more to turn the magic phase my way. And the knights get an undivided mark if they dont take another right? That means rerollable break tests, which isnt bad.

nope, not re-rollable break best, but re-rollable psychology test ;) there is a huge difference. only battle standards offer re-rollable break tests.

and yes they will have mark of chaos undivided unless you put another mark on them. this provided that the unit can take a mark in the first place off course.

concerning what you said about the disc- true only it gets the save but you can allocate wounds onto it, also if you take the golden eye of tzeench (item for your lord) then he and the mount both get a ward save of 3+ which will make him pretty tough, not indestructable but still tough so try it out id say

Yeah that's a very good item combo. But i think ill go for the warhorse in stead just for the sake of saving points. And ill drop the marks on the chariots to the chaos khights so they can be joined by lords/heroes.
