there is no need to post that here, if you have an issue with the site or this forum post it on this thread

It has its ups and downs but if you stick around on the site it'll pick up. :)

@Skrag:

Welcome to the site!

This is not the most frequently posted site there is. But in response to your comment:

1) Ogre Kingdoms, being a new army, doesnt have many players yet, so it will take a bit longer for responses to come here. This site is known not for quantity, but quality of replies, especially concerning army lists. People who feel they cannot give competent advice, due to lack of indepth knowledge of the army, will therefore sometimes decide not to post rather than give bad advice.

2) Your post is not a week old, as you say, but a few days.

3) Its summer, and people like to spend their time in the sun more than sitting in fron of their computer. And some are still on vacation.

4) If you prefer more posting activity, then post more rather than complaining about it! That is always welcome, and you will find that the responses will come. Not in vast numbers, but usually with a large deal of competence. I prefer having a little bit of real help than lots of useless information that doesnt help at all. ;)

Ah. Why isn't Funky a politician? Or a guidance counseller? Or a president somewhere?

Just be patient. My time is soon to come! :P

Funky... thanks for the lawful advise ;) I just basically thought that most people abanded this forum so I decided to write that to see if anyone wasn't in zombie mode.

I have managed to play with a few GW staff members and I had questions that need answering and this is what they replied to my questions :

-Having the hunter with sabertusk, cannot turn on place to fire his bolt. They are still debating if the hunter can turn around and shoot without his sabertusks.

-Does the scrapluncher count as a warmachine or chariot ? Yes a chariot so you can place this unit first instead of last like a war machine.

Things to remember :
-ogres aren't affected by a unit that has killing blows.
-Characters do not have a 360 degree view because they do not have man size (20mm or 25mm) bases.

That's it for now

Remember a chariot does count as a warmachine, hence it has to be placed at the same time as any other war machine

Good points there.

In regard to this:

As Wilko says, warmachines are all deployed at the same time, though not necessarily last. You can deploy them any time you want, even first.
Usually its better to deploy them late though, when you know where your opponent's juiciest units are.
