Can you confirm or deny that Dark elf's aren't allowed use their multishot weapons ability in a stand and shoot response as the weapons description says that "Some Weapons enable their users to shot several times In each shooting Phase"

no its a 24" range str 3 multipile shot weapon. You give them to your normal warriors. And yes you can stand and shoot with them.

Yes, and they actually hit on 5's most of the time when doing so. (good for them)

The question isn't that they can't stand and shoot
The Question is can they use the weapons multiple shot rule----as in the weapon description it specifically mentions it being used in the shooting phase (i.e not the movement phase where stand and shooting is resolved)
