Well topic title pretty much explains it:
Scar-vet: Tepok, shield, light ar, hnd wp
Scar-vet (JSoD): light ar, great wp, venom frog (to attack ethereal stuff too)
Skink priest: x2 DS
10 skinks, scouts (javs+shields)
10 skinks (javs+shields)
19 sauri, full c.
3 jungle swarms (run through terrain as flankers)
3 Krox
3 Krox
3 terradons
5 chamaleon skinks, brave
steg
20 sauri, st, mu, tepok (on shields), sotek (on skin)
Total: 2000

what do i think, well i am wondering why you have changed from High elves to the mighty lizards, must be my influence ^_^
anyway enough spamming for one day. so the army, personally i would take of tepok and sotek and give it to you JSOD saurus as he's gonna need sotek for when he charges and tepok as it does the same thing but is cheaper ^_^ .
also why have you called your saurs JSOD (i know what it means) because he dosent have the charm of the jaguar which is what a JSOD is, a speedy saurus, so give it to him he can then speed about the battlefield with ease.

Maybe a bit unclear, he has charm of the jaguar warrior.
Do you really think he needs sotek+tepok? 5 dispel dice and 2 scrolls not enough? ;)
4 attacks is good. I agree that tepok is cheaper on a character but I think a JSOD (as thats what he is) wouldn't survive as long and sotek is just brilliant on a unit (I also couldn't take them as special cos I've used all those slots up).
Oh well, not anybodies cup of tea (now I know collecting elves was a bad idea). :P

well to be honest theres no need to be rude like that, i was only giving you advise.
you say that he has the charm of the jag but if you look at your list it is not down so im afraid no he does not have it, buy it for him if you can ^_^ .
also i can see how tepok also would be ok for the unit fo saurus as well as your character but your scar vet can buy the mark of tepok for cheaper i believe so just get it for him and with the spare 5 points get another skink- better than nothing. i have to disagree with you on the sotek mark as on a unit of 19 saurus which i presume will be 5 wide 4 back will not be very maneuverable plus only have a move rate of 4 inches, what im getting at is it will be hard to get the charge of against most opponents but if you can do it the buy the spawning for them :thumb:

good that list seems a bit better, and to answer your question i do not believe that lizards neccercarily need lords as their heroes are equal to many lords in other armies as far as how hard they are ^_^ (not chaos mind)

Couple of problems:
1. JSoD cannot carry both venom and charm (both enchanted items)
2. You need more skinks. One scouting unit will more that likley be charged by some fast cavalry or other cavalry quite early on and frankly 10 blowpipes isn't going to cause many headaches to advancing infantry, also with only 10 scouts you had better hope the opponent's warmachines are left unguarded and aren't dwarves :P. EVEN with your 6 cham skinks this isn't enough (also these guys are quite point-inefficient and I wouldn't reccomend them)
One skirmish screen of 10 will be torn to pieces by about a turn of fire so it will be next to useless if you are trying to use it to allow kroxigor flank charges or to protect the krox themselves (t4). So if you play a cavalry heavy army with a few bows (like brettonia) you will be owned.
3. It might just be me, but I don't like steggies, IMHO for their points they just don't cut it ;) I mean it is over 10% of your army! Also with movement 6 it isn't a really effective flanker as any cavalry will get the chareg against it. Anyways it would probably do well in conjunction with one of your many kroxigor.
MY OPINION: ^_^
This army will do very well against a predominantly infantry army. Against shooty or cav armies it will be ripped apart. Scrap the chem skinks and get more scouts.
I like the absence of lords :D
Magic defense is good :D
Actually most of what I said is crap this is a really good army, but scrap one unit of krox and the chems and get more skinks.
Very well done actually....
