First off, a trebuchet is 90 pts, not 360!
The King Louen is perhaps a bit expensive for 2000 pts. It's your choice if you want him, but I wouldn't include him in an army of less than 3000 pts.
Your paladin's Virtue of the Joust works only with a lance and will therefore be useless with your Birthing Sword of Carcassonne. And anyway, it makes a total of 60 pts of equipment and virtues, which is too much for a paladin.
Finally, you should have something faster than your infantry and more manoeuverable than your heavy cav, such as Pegasus Knights or Mounted Yeomen.
