1 hellblaster


it's supposed to be defensive and played like dwarves and has much artillerry :unsure:

Count= Armour of meteroic iron, Holy Relic and optional Van horstmans speculem, and a Great weapon.

Captain= Sword of Power

Wizard= Rod of power or two dispel scrolls.

There is really no need to max out empire characters magic items. The count would be okay with just the Armour and GW.

Spearmen don't make the best detachments, either free company or swordsmen are the best.

Your Griffon is all alone an without your generals leadership to bolster your infantry it's going to suffer from really poor leadership.

what about having spearmen as parent unit and split halberdiers as detachments?
i don't really worry about general's leadership as i won't move play offensive but defensive.what about having KARL FRANZ as a general?thanks for comments :thumb:

I use spearmen i think using halbrediers as detachmetns is a good idea. Karl Franz has a crappy 4+ armour save that totally screws him over, last time i used him he got killed by archers (he's the freaking emperor he should be able to afford some magic armour!). Anyways he can be preatty awesome in combat his hammer is wicked. I don't know i'd try both. Losing a hero slot kinda sucks.
