My army doesn't fear shooting! The Order of Bravery won't flee because of the Baron Xavier's Virtue of Noble Disdain and won't be shot at when charging, thanks to the Banner of Chalons. And my strategy with the Order of Honor is to do the reverse of the "Look out Sir" rule: my general receives all the shooting... against which he has Toughness 4 and a 0+ re-rollable armor save!
Both the Order of Courage and the Green Knight will be in enemy territory in no time, enabling them to strike at the core of the threat during the second or third turn. Meanwhile, my skirmishing archers and the almighty Trebuchet will shoot the enemy's main units. Therefore, the opponent will already be weakened by the time my two units of Knights of the Realm reach the battle. Their charge should crush what is left of the adversary.
I truly don't know what do to with the Men-at-Arms, but they could be a good decoy if the other player doesn't know how crappy they are. If my knights are stuck in a long melee that lasts two or three turns, I will send my militia on the flanks of the enemy to add numbers and rank bonus. They might even be able to kill someone.
I spent a very high number of points on the characters, but they'll be efficient. While my BSB will stop the Order of Bravery from fleeing when shot, my general will be a good duelist with the Gauntlet and his great weapon. Both my damsels are Level 2 and equipped with Dispel Scrolls, which means they will bring a good defense vs. enemy magic.
If you want to know more about my army's background, go to the section "Battle Reports, Articles and Stories", where I'm currently writing the history of the Red Crusade. The first part is already finished, and you can read it
