I like the list because it has awsome magic (every charicter can cast spells!), awsome shooting (8 jezzils, 3 ratling guns, and 2 wlc!), decent hitting power, good movement, and a screaming bell!

I dislike several parts of it.
With your hero's, do you need 3 scrolls? You have a stupid amount of dispel dice, you should need 2 scrolls at most, I would even consider just taking a single scroll.
Plauge Censor on your Plauge priest? Another no go as far as I'm concerened, a fail does a simlar job and is a lot cheaper. And why on earth use the Liber Bubonicus without a token? I don't like the item in the first place, but at least you could give the guy a chance of getting his spell off in the key phase.
Where are your pistols on your Warlocks? They turn into combat characters as well if you give them pistols. And where is the storm Demon?
Plauge monks never need to be bigger than 20. No one is ever going to shoot at them sensibly as killing a few will not cause a panic test. The Banner of Burning Hatred is very risky and can often cause problems when you need the unit to go a specific place. The warbanner is a better choice.
And why the ogres? You have plauge monks, a unit of censor bearers would be better there. A little swap there and you can afford yourself a unit of slaves to bulk up your army a bit.
I also dislike Warplighting cannons but thats just me.

I made most of your changes. I want the bulls in there because the only other unit with a good hitting power is my PMs. And i defenatly do not want to give up the banner of burning hatred. I love that thing! Think about it: i get 16 attacks with rerolls on misses!
