I would drop 4 warriors, and try and fit in 3 more executioners.Looks good, theres a good balance of movement, combat, shooting and magic here,I just hope oyu have enugh magic defense.

Seems to be a good balanced Druchii list Dark lord Joe :) .
As Ross said, I would drop 4 warriors as well, though I would personally not increase the Executioner unit. I would try to give the Noble a 0+ Armour Save by giving him an Enchanted Shield.
Good luck with it! :thumb:

I'm gonna have to disagree with Ross on the executioners- a group of 12 is all you need for flanking. 16 spear elves do seem to be the way to go now days though, as they give you a nice balance between mobilty and something to hold the enemy with.
It's a nice balanced list though.

15 exes is my personal preference- i find it to be a well balanced unit and i think that 12 is too small. We're all entitled to opinions, however, so I suggest you test play the list a few times and see if 12 works out.
EDIT:R-G, I don't use my exes for flanking ,I use them as an offensive mainstay unit, which explains the use of a big unit of them.
Rogue-Gladiator - July 11, 2005 08:33 PM (GMT)
Ah, I see. Usually I don't consider Exes for flanking- if they don't break the enemy on the charge, they are as good as dead in my books. The fact that they only have heavy armour and don't get the benefits of the elven speed (strike last) means that they are going to be cut down before they can strike back.
Ross - July 14, 2005 03:54 PM (GMT)
Thats why i usually give them a banner, maybe put my bsb there, and actually make sure the unit theyre fighting is a weak one ;)
