Read the book again and re-write pay attention too profiles eg. necro with 1 attak giving it a weapon is unwise. Also reconsider the vampire count making him more offesive, gain the points by removing 1 black knight and putting him in that unit.
This is your first list?
Errors are inevitable, so don't worry. You'll learn as you go along.
Here're some things we can tell you outright:
1. Magic item allowance for Hero-level characters is 50pts. You have assigned 60pts worth of magic items to your lvl 1 Necromancer.
2. Generally for VC, magic-users should always be upgraded, to optimize their spellcasting.
3. You want the best armour for your thralls, always. Find the points for heavy armour. Light armour's a bit pointless.
4. Grave Guard are preferably either taken in 10-12, with only a champion if any command at all, or in blocks of 20-24, with full command and the Banner of the Barrows, or the War Banner. 15 is an inbetween number that's neither here nor there, and to compound the problem you've made it a very expensive support unit by giving them the Barrow banner.
5. 8 is a terrible number for heavy cavalry, generally speaking. You want either 5 or 6 with champion, or 10-12 with full command. Don't refer to the pictures of units GW puts up, they always use units of 8 heavy cavalry. They never know what they're doing, gameplay-wise.
As for stuff like equipment and magic item/bloodline power options, feel free to try stuff out. Playing more games will give you an idea of what stats are useful, and which items/bloodline powers will help you more than others.
Hope this helped.
