Description: GW puts up a picture

Here is a picture of the new zombie pirates of the vampire coast that Gamesworkshop is coming out with. Not sure what I think of them yet. Here's the link:

Interesting. Is there a list for it or do they use the regular Vampire Counts list?

IIRC they're for the Lustria campaign (being as Vampire coast is on the Eastern coast), and I don't like. GW have done the cheap again, these are; Empire Mitilia + VC Zombies. Oooo... yeah like that's never been done.

Now, now, that's a little unfair, they've been much more creative than that.

One of them's a gnoblar! :P

I think they've just used a Gnoblar's body to do a Cabin Boy. See, it has a human head.

Now that is cheap.

However, it's not quite only EM + VCZ: there are a lot of altered/piratized zombie heads in there, plus a lot of new arms and, I noticed, a peg leg.

I dont think they are for the lustria campaign, as the vampire counts only invaded lustria well after skaven arrived on the shores. It has in the timeline of lustria hat in year -1399 skaven came and were pushed out in year 100. Luthor Harkon washed up on the lustrian shores in year 876, so they cant be part of the lustria campaign
