Tech Angels- A regiment of troops from Cadia used alongside the Imperial Fists for a long time, but recently, they have been reassigned to a world where all hell is broken loose. Orks, Tau, Tyranids, and the foul 1000 Sons fight for control of the planet, and they must be stopped! The regiment has been assigned under the control of an Inquisitor who's faith is becoming more and more questionable by the minute. The commissars believe that the Tzeentchan Forces have prooven too tempting for him. But due to his status, they are unable to do anything. They are only able to follow him into corruption. and they did. For years and years they became more and more corrupt.
"The Relentless Reds"- (An IG army based upon the Soviet Soldiers Serving in WW2) The World of Slavakalla is one of eternal cold. It has very harsh weather, and terrain to match. The world was overrun by Orks (the story makes them pretty Nazi-esque) 100 years ago and the Slavakallans repelled them to only one of the continents of the world. They have returned time after time to take the rest of the planet, but never succeded. The most sucessful of their "raids" took nearly 3/4 of the planet in under a year. Millions and Millions of citizens and soldiers had been killed. But hardy Slavakallans would not allow them to carry on any further. With only 13 Regiments left to win back their planet, they held their portion for 59 months while they planned the assault to exterminate the Orks. And the 13th Regiment plunged head first into the Orks followed by the other 12 in a battle named, "The Charge of the Relentless Reds" for the regiment who charged with their Red Banner bearing the Sickle and Hammer of Slavakalla and destroyed the Orks. Although the planet was saved from the Orks, it is still beset by Orkish Pokets that will never be completely whiped out.
the first one, an IG army thats slowly going a bit wrong and they know it sounds cool.
I like the 1st idea. :thumb:
I like the first one myself
2nd one. For me IG are coolest when they are linked to real life.
The second idea. It's nice to see IG that actually do a half-decent job protecting their planet.
