If I recollect correctly you are not allowed a single model worth more than 125 points in a Border Patrol game. Still, you must have a general right? Well the Bruiser costs a 130. So what do you do, do you allow the bruiser as he is, do you make him cheaper (no light armour, ogre club) or do you play a posse without general. All three options work with me.

I'm sure GW will make an exception.

Yeah. They're asking for suggestions for the OK FAQ on the GW site at the moment, so it'll be covered in that if not sooner.

My suggestion is to ask your opponent if you can use a Bull champion (Crusher?) as your hero choice. A bruiser would eat everything (geddit?) in 500pts anyway.
