Anyone else play Chaos dwarves? I found some old minis of mine, and was just curious.

Right now, I have=: 16 warriors, 12 blunderbusses, a lammasu, 6 bull centaurs, and a hero on foot. oh yeah, and my orc and gobbo army ; :)

I play them, I've got about 2000 points right now.

Have u used them in yet 6th ? I haven't really had the chance since I've been focusing on O&G, empire and High Elves in 6th

Yep, in fact I started playing them in sixth edition. They do pretty well under these rules.

What are chaos dwarfs?

From what I've read, a mix of dark dwarves and black orcs/hobgoblins. And centaur :blink:

I thought about playing them for a while, then I realised that the only way to get models is through mail order. Considering that I can't afford to order much at once, the shipping costs are too prohibitive. Oh well.

seriously Dark Dwarves need reworked maybe if my sources are correct that they may be redone or the Kieslei may be welcomed on the battlefield

I mite start an army of them when They come out in this ed I like the why they look :blink: I would not want them to be just another slice of the chaos pie some thing else would be good :blink:

I was thinking of collecting Chaos Dwarves by mainly converting normal Dwarves. Don't know exactly how it'd work though.

convert them with parts of the dark elves, their shields weapons as such with normal Dwarves and use green stuff to play about with their armour

I was thinking of doing them but considering you have to by from archives it would be expensive. If they come out in the 3rd book I might use them. But with little to no chaos (mortal, daemon, or beast) influence.

One way to play CD is to cenvert regular dwarven figures. Not too much would need to be done.

I saw some great convertions, Dwarfs with chaos warrior heads and sheilds.

I really hope they dont make them the third chaos book. They dont worship chaos, they worship Hashnut. They are just ment to make/sell chaos their weapons. Thats all. They only fight for their slaves. They live slaves. Me too, so do the Druchii. thats what the hob gobbos are. slaves. kool. Did i metion, i like slaves?

I plan on start them when they come out my friend that I play mordheim with says there getting a warband in spring and being that that next summer is chaos I would thing there book would be comeing out.

Chaos dwarfs always seemed fun, but I wouldn't collect them

I think the DE conversions look the best

I hope if they are redone chaos access to them is really limited, maybe 0-1 or something

chaos dwarves sound cool as hell, but because they arent released at widely as other armies their are few collectors
