Anyway, now its here I have a quick question. As the caravans will be moving constantly, when will Drog rest? not to mentioned the tired horses. Will one of the caravans be converted into a stable or something?

That's not what I came to comment on, however - just popped in to complement you lot on what seems an interesting, well-written RP (I'm keeping track of most of the RPs on this board at the moment, in my capacity as benevolent mod ;)). Rasputin I'd say has definitely got a lot better as a GM since his first attempts, getting a great feel for atmosphere; although spelling and checking is still an issue, it's better as well.

I know this seems unprompted, but I've just been giving feedback on characters and Goblit's RP, and I'm in full constructive criticism mode. It'll probably stop when I bump into one of Dreg's posts...

Aye, of course. I would point out that I find the best way to check your text is simply to read back over your work; not only do you pick up on things that the MS Word spellchecker misses (for example, there was 1 error in your character submission: you said he became an honoured member of the Knight of the Realm. Obviously there should've been "Knights" not "Knight", but the incompetent piece of rubbish can't pick up on things like that...), but you also notice anything that sounds stilted and out-of-place. Some of by best arena fights (at least in my opinion) have started out in a sort of tangled, cliche-riddled morass and then been straightened out as I read over them, making them into something worth reading :).

I am a little worried that you guys aren't really interacting with each other. I realise the current system of movement makes such things a little difficult, but I am trying to give you the time to get to develop your characters (the road block any one?), it just seems that the characters haven't really developed very much, I know its only been a icle while but still. Perhaps this road block and Drauthnir's suggestion will help. If you have any ideas on anything I can do on this part, as I realise its a very key part of any RP.

How do you want us to play this roadblock - will you post describing us lifting rocks out of the way, or shall we do it ourselves?

I'm not accusing any one of anything. I don't know whether you guys have found the same thing, but I am just a little worried that the chaarcters aren't really comming out if you know what I mean. You lot may disagree, if so, then there is nothing to worry about :D

As for the roadblock, we shall see. I shall chime in when needed.

I agree with Goblit. I've been trying to get Taalric to become friendly with Drog, but that might be difficult. He is an ogre after all. Perhaps a good battle would help us look at eachother in a new light (hint hint ^_^)

Well, it wouldn't really be in character for Jacques to come out and start chatting with random group members. He "keeps his own council" so to speak.

In other words, he talks to himself. :P Long, drawn out conversations with himself...sometimes with the horse, you know, the usual crazy stuff.

After a chat with Chili today, I belive I am asking for too much too soon. You need to some out of your shells so too speak. Ignore me ;)

Just have to say, it seems like my last post is saying how boring the RPG is. I hope you dont take it that way Ras, I think it's great! ^_^ That was just from Taalrics perspective, as I'm sure you'll understand.
