Well, its not a case of at last for me (I've seen them in the flesh :D ), but this seems as good a place as any to say how much I hate them. What's with the basketball pose? And why are they both in the exact same pose? Grrr... Goblit mad!
Ah well, there's another conversion opportunity: make Gorgers from scratch.

I think those would make an excellent base to convert a Massive Monstrosity Strigoi Vampire out of. I'm going to have to get me one of those.

Yeah, I'd have to model a skellie standard bearer onto the same base, and say it counts as a Vampire and three skeletons or something. Shouldn't think anyone will have a problem with it as long as the conversion is good!

If you give a strigoi LORD massive monstrosity, it increases his wounds to 5 which makes it so you have to have him on a 50mm (or is it 40mm) base. At least I think so, that's what it says in the BRB anyway....

the big red books only says that a lone character with 5 or more wounds doesn't have a 360 degrees arc line of sight.....

After seeing the model painted differently in a WD, I've decided that the basic body isn't that bad, so I'll probably just adjust the pose and give it a head swap. Then it should look alright.
