I might start Warmaster and im hoping for some freindly advice to help me get started. I quite like the look of dwarves because of all their warmachine. but the fact that they have no cavalry puts me off.
Any advice, What should i buy first? should i collect dwarves?

so lets see about those questions,
First, warmaster is a great game and WELCOME!
Dwarves are a great choice in WM, because they move just as far as normal infantry! but i would not use artilery, theres an article here that gives a radical style of play that actually works pretty well.
I've seen it played and damn! is it good! Just watch out for cav. charges!

personally, i play high elves, and empire, (and have a chos dwarf army in the making!)

I have recently aquired lots of undead/wraith stands and am not sure of what exactly to do with them and do not know or know how to get at the rules or the rulebook.

Easiest way to get rulebook is order online... I think. Actually, the best way it to head into your local GW and say "I want the warmaster rulebook". They will take care of you :D Rules are a LOT different, so be careful! :D
