Simple you make them!, I've fought against them and some of my friends collect them. You just make chaos dwarfs outta reg dwarfs and if ya want earthshakers, my friends usually take a unused motar for it and the death rockets are usually made from a tube.

Ebay is a very good place to buy all kinds of miniatures. Although chaos dwarves are rather seldom, you still can find some there now and again.
I might be selling some too soon, I guess I could put pictures on this site and offer them here before I use ebay (if thats allowed in this forum).
