Yes, there are, yes they do, but Hireling Wizards from the Dogs of War army list are Dogs of War characters and may *only* be used in a full Dogs of War army. In other words, other armies may not hire a Dogs of War wizard, with one or two exceptions. Those are the Albion Truthsayer and the Albion Dark Emmissaries from the Dark Shadows campaign. They may be hired as a Rare choice in just about any army.

But if you're thinking of suprising someone with Dwarf magic, its not gonna happen
