I write quite a lot of poems and wondered what people think of them, here's a couple of my favourites:
You
Were you sent
Down to me
So we could be
Together for an eternity?
I think it's love
I'm falling into
Forever, and for always
And it's with you
So stand up
You're the one
Believe this
You are my sun
You're the reason
I'm still alive
So if you go
I doubt I'll survive
I Wish
I wish I never knew you,
I wish we never met,
There are too many things,
I really shouldn't forget.
I wish I never befriended you,
I wish we never talked,
This is one path,
I never should of walked.
I wish for us to part now,
I wish to never forget you,
To life, through this relationship,
I now have a different view.
My Purpose
Is there a purpose
To us being here?
Maybe
If we are here
Then there must
Be a purpose
Are we put on the earth
With a role to play?
Do we have to act our lives?
We must be here
To make a life changing thing
Even if it's small
So, then, I ask you this;
What is my purpose
Here on this 'Earth'?
Everytime
Everytime I look at yo my heart skips a beat,
Everytime I look into your eyesyou're the only person I can see,
Everytime I touch you the world stands still,
I'm yours for eternity.
