It makes you stop and think doesnt it. Im the same age, far less fit and have a diet that keeps me on 1st name terms with McDonalds staff. MVF was built like a brick toilet and as fit as you can get and just drops dead like that. It really makes you feel somewhat vulnerable and very mortal.
