Title: Safari problems
Description: Safari shuts down after a minute or so

Glaader - October 23, 2003 08:36 AM (GMT)
I have tried to use Safari, but it works for only a minute or so, then the program
suddely shuts down. Why? I run Safari on a G4 dual 1,25 with 1,5 Gb RAM and I
have a 10 mbit (both up/down) connection...

Welcome to The Mac Forum.
Does it just quit, or do you get an error message?

I get an error message. I donīt know what it says in english, but translated directly from swedish it says "Safari has unexpectadly been closed". Then the window shuts down. The same goes for when I use Mail.

I forgot to mention, I run OS X, and I have downloaded every update since I got the machine...

You could try playing with the Packages and system files for Safari, to find a problem. Or, as a quick method, just download Safari again.
