hummmm.

Sounds like you have a lot to figure out there. I don't envy you. Most of us here on the forum are more into Mac OSX. I think. At least I am. It's pretty easy to do all that when your computers are all macs and they are operating on a modern OS. Windows 98 is what--almost 6 years old now? and OS 9 is fast becoming obsolete. Is it not possible to upgrade your equipment? Maybe get some new software and join the crowd at the top of the pile? Just a suggestion. Maybe someone in our group will be able to help. Welcome to the forum.

Welcome to the forum!!!

The only thing I know of for OS 9 cost you some cash, since with X you can use the SMB(SAMBA) protocol but you can try PC Mac L.A.N that you install on the PC and it works with 95, NT, 98, ME, 2K and XP for the PC and OS 9 and up on the Mac. Then theres Dave for the Mac and you install that one on the Mac, it works with Mac OS 8.6 an up. Both work with Mac OS X.

Thats all I know about them.
