I use an iBOOK OSX and a Canon S900 printer.
I set up a color image to print on a note card (custom paper size). Print preview looks correct. But when I print the image has shifted, sometimes off the paper. Margins change.
Is there a fix for this? Likely to be a WORD or driver problem? Ideas of where to get help?

When I use a scanned image, with text placed over it (using word), when I print it, the things are all out of align also. I use a HP and i still havent worked out how to align it right.
