1. Post your question in a normal, regular forum.
2. If no one replies, or the person who replies can't solve the problem, you can request your topic be moved to the Genius Bar. Please PM me or a "Mac Genius".
3. If your topic is in the Genius Bar, it will be solved eventually. It will then be locked.
4. If your topic is in the Genius Bar, and is on page 2 or higher, you may bump your topic.
5. You can just post your topic in the Genius Bar, but it may be moved.
