Q: What does 'Recycle Bin' mean?
A: When a file is deleted it is not actually deleted, but moved to the directory 'Recycled', which is known as the 'Recycle Bin'. At startup Windows95 automatically tranfers the contents of the 'Recycle Bin' to Microsoft so any code you might have deleted can be used (stolen) by them. This process is called recycling.
